With a strong presence in Caribbean gospel, Colyn is an eight-time Marlin Award nominee, a testament to his dedication and impact within the industry. His music blends contemporary gospel with Caribbean influences, creating a sound that is both unique and deeply moving.

In February 2025, he played a key role in Sherwin Gardner's Find Me Here album launch at Bahamas Harvest Church, an event marked by powerful worship and spiritual renewal. His collaborations with top gospel artists and his unwavering commitment to excellence continue to set him apart as a leading voice in gospel music.

Colyn has earned several accolades throughout his career, including Male Artist of the Year at the 2016 Kingdom Image Awards in Columbus, Ohio. In 2023, he was recognized as one of The Bahamas’ top five emerging gospel artists at the 50th Anniversary Gospel Honors. A two-time Bahamas Gospel Music Award winner, he received Traditional Song of the Year (2023) for his hit single Watch God Move and was named Male Artist of the Year (2024).
